Appeal of Ukrainian Council of Trade Centers and Association of Retailers of Ukraine to owners of shopping malls and retail representatives.
Representatives of the Ukrainian Council of Trade Centers and the Retailers Association of Ukraine are concerned about the epidemic situation in the country. At the same time, economic crises triggered by business bans have threatened the survival of many companies and businesses.
On April 22, 2021, a round table was held with representatives of all industries affected by the quarantine: retail, commercial real estate, hotel and restaurant business, professional associations, etc. At the meeting, the participants of the event elaborated a general plan of action for the operation of the business during the quarantine period. Considering the devastating effects of the quarantine on the economy and population of Ukraine: the drop in GDP and tax revenues, the rapid rise in unemployment, we decided to write an appeal and demand from the Cabinet of Ministers to amend the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine 1236 of 09.12.2020 and to enable on equal terms to operate those businesses that properly comply with health and epidemic standards, regardless of the type of activity. Also decided to start the All-Ukrainian campaign "Ми хочемо працювати!" which will involve all the signatories of this declaration. We also invite you to take part in the action "Ми хочемо працювати!"
How to do it?
1 . By April 28, on your own social media pages, pages of your enterprises publish the announcement of the action.
2. Take photos of your employees on the background of signs of your enterprises with the posters «Ми хочемо працювати!» and on April 28 from 12.00 post these photos on your personal pages and corporate pages in social networks with common hashtag #Ми хочемо працювати!
Place on the facades of their companies, enterprises, restaurants, sports clubs etc. banners «Ми хочемо працювати!»
