Shopping center Fabrika and Shopping center Forum reached the final of the prestigious competition in the field of commercial real estate marketing by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
As part of the corporate social responsibility, the Fabrika shopping and entertainment center has been campaigning, “Be Closer” for the third year in a row.
“Be closer” is an important social project of Kherson. It`s main idea is to draw public attention and help children with special needs and orphans. For 3 years, more than 6000 children took part in the charity project. Due to the Shopping center “Fabrika” the participants of the social program visited bowling, rollerdrome, zoo, entertainment center "Miracle Park", cinema "Multiplex" etc. In addition, they took a part in many interesting workshops and festivals.
This particular project has become a finalist of the prestigious Solal Marketing Awards for the third time in the nomination of Corporate Social Responsibility.
This year Shopping center Forum was named the finalist for the Tactical Activation nomination.

The ICSC Solal Marketing Awards honors the best marketing in commercial real estate and highlights the most interesting and significant campaigns in the industry. The winners will be announced on September 25 in London during the ICSC Retail Innovation Forum.
