Fabrika a finalist of the ICSC Solal Marketing Awards

The TEC “Fabrika” became a finalist of the most prestigious competition in the marketing of commercial real estate of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
In 2016, due to the the corporate social responsibility program, the TEC “Fabrika” take a part in a “Be Closer” campaign. The main idea of ​​the project is to pay attention on and help children with special needs and orphans. In connection with the military actions in the east of the country, this is relevant, especially for the Kherson region, which is close to the ATO zone and the Crimea.
After the successful completion of this campaign, in which more than 5,000 children participated, it was decided to submit this project at the annual ICSC Solal Marketing Awards competition.
According to the results of the first round, the project was evaluated by the jury and the “Fabrika” reached the final!
The TEC “Fabrika” has been implementing for 5 months the “Be Closer” campaign in close cooperation with local government and public organizations, children's social institutions and aid unions.
The ICSC Solal Marketing Awards brings together the best in commercial real estate marketing and highlights the industry’s most effective campaigns. Analyzing best practices and marketing indicators, Solal Awards has become the main competitive platform for leading global market participants.
“This year a large number of shopping centers from 221 countries from 23 countries take part in the Solal Awards.
