In the mall “Lubava” opened the first McDonald's in a new format. A fast-food restaurant is located on the third floor of the shopping center. The total area of the new McDonald's is 183 square meters. The new McDonald's in Cherkasy became the second institution in Ukraine with the experience of the future. The first McDonald's of this format was opened in Kiev in March 2018.
In particular, the restaurant provides:
• New principle of the cash zone. The counter is divided into two parts - for ordering and receiving dishes. Therefore, visitors who are waiting for an order and visitors who are making an order do not interfere with each other.
• Hospitality expert - his task is to be attentive to visitors, to notice their needs and respond quickly to them: to help to deal with new ways of serving in a restaurant, help a family in finding a free table, help a foreigner to understand the menu, tell the client where to recharge gadget, etc.
• Self-service terminals (3 pieces) allow visitors to easily and without haste to familiarize themselves with the menu in electronic format, make an order and pay for it using a card or cash at the checkout counter, and then pick up food in the issuing area.
• Also, during the summer, a new establishment will be equipped with table service - this is the McDonald's revolution, because the McDonald’s has always been a self-service establishment. In a restaurant with the experience of the future, a visitor will be able to order dishes through a self-service terminal or at the checkout counter, and then wait for an order at a table. The employee identifies the visitor using a special device and brings dishes.
