RECORDS AND AWARDS
In September 2017, the “Lubava” shopping mall was named the best small shopping and entertainment center of Ukraine according to the results of the Retail development Awards contest. Also TEC “Lubava” took 2nd place in the category Best TEC for corporate social responsibility. Also in 2017, the shopping center received a gold award in the rating “Net income from sales of products, goods, works and services among enterprises of Cherkasy region”.
At the end of 2017, the restaurant club MANHATTAN pleased the guests with the new design and organization of the hall. In December, the “Allo” store opened in a new format.
Since the opening on January 1, 2018, the number of people who visited the “Lubava” shopping mall amounted to 24.5 million people. In 2017, the complex was visited by 5.85 million people. As a result, compared with 2016, the attendance of shopping and entertainment centers in 2017 increased by 8%. On average, visitors come to the mall 10 times a month and spend 45-50 minutes in it.
Due to the increase in attendance, the turnover of enterprises of “Lubava” increased in 2017 by 34.6% and amounted to about 830 million hryvnia.
ON-LINE AND DIGITAL
In 2017, Version 1.0 of the “Lubava” mobile app was launched, thereby opening a new channel of communication with visitors: the latest news, the right stores, information on discounts and promotions and much more are already within the touch of a finger. Version 2.0 is already in development. The year of 2017 was also the year of active promotion in social networks. The number of followers on Facebook has increased by 90%. The number of followers on Instagram has increased by 80%.
In March 2017, the Top Shoes store opened in the mall. In December, the “Lubava” shopping and entertainment center signed an agreement with Citrus, the retailer of the year in the segment of engineering and electronics and the Multi-channel retailer of the year.
SOCIAL SPHERE AND SPONSORSHIP
For the fourth year in a row, the “Lubava” shopping and entertainment center has been a sponsor of the All-Ukrainian beauty pageant “StudMiss Cherkashchini”. In 2017, the shopping center “Lubava” became a sponsor of the Sports and Entertainment Festival “Strength of the Nation”. Once again, the “Lubava sponsored a trip for the “Cherkasy Tigers club” representative to the World Cup in Taekwondo in Minsk, where she won the bronze. TEC “Lubava” continues to be one of the largest enterprises in the city, where work 640 people. For 2017, the enterprises of the shopping center “Lubava” paid about 35 million UAH taxes to the local budget.
In the shopping center in 2017 took place many interesting events. Among them, the Battle of Talents, Beauty Contests “Snow Maiden of the Year” and “Princess of Winter”, Wedding week 2017 festival of wedding trends. The Grand Final of the Championship of Ukraine and the Championship of Ukraine among youths and juniors in bowling took place in the bowling club “Lucky Strike”. Also in 2017 were held the “Power of the Nation” festival, Tango Festival, Lubava Cosplay Fest, an open championship in computer games, a tournament in board games, an eco-festival “Greenfest”, MotoroDo. In 2018, the shopping center will please the residents of Cherkasy with no less interesting discoveries, transformations and new records!

Lease agreements have been signed between the Nikolsky shopping and entertainment center and the Jack Wolfskin, Marathon and Aromateque stores. The total area of Jack Wolfskin will be 107 sq.m, Marathon - 327 sq.m, Aromateque - 105 sq.m.
Budhouse Group specialists signed a lease agreement with representatives of the Argo chain. The total area of Benetton store will be 366 sq.m, Scotch & Soda - 130 sq.m.
