Representatives of the Budhouse Group signed a lease agreement with a retailer of appliances and consumer electronics "Allo". The total area of the new store will be 270 sq. m.
The "ALLO" network is for those who want to become better, more technological, live comfortably and modernly. The largest retailer of smartphones and gadgets, modern equipment and goods for home and leisure, from cosmetics and tools to clothes and furniture, which is a marketplace of the national scale with delivery of orders to the post office, house and shops in 140 cities of Ukraine.
In the Nikolsky shopping center, lease agreements have already been signed with representatives of the group Inditex, Argo, MD Fashion, MTI, Nike, Puma, FLO, Silpo, Multiplex, Sport Life, etc. The Nikolsky mall is located in the center of Kharkov, on the st. Pushkinskaya, 2. Exit from the metro station will be on the minus first floor of the complex.
The total area of the shopping center is 106 thousand sq. m, retail - 53 thousand sq. m. The parking is designed for 700 cars. The main architect of the complex is creative architectural workshop "AV Pashenko". The concept and interior design were developed in collaboration with the international company Sonae Sierra.
The Nikolsky mall is scheduled to open in May 2021.

On March 24, the LC Waikiki store will open in the Cherkasy shopping center Lubava The store will be located on the 3rd floor of the mall.
Mohito, House and Cropp stores will be opened in the central Kharkiv Nikolsky mall. The total area of the Mohito store will be 391 sq.m, House - 1139 sq.m, Cropp - 955 sq. m.
Swedish retailer H&M will open its first store in Kharkiv. It`s going to be the sixth store of the network in Ukraine, but the first outside of the capital.
