The store is located on the -3 level of the shopping center.
The new tenant has complemented the lineup of sports brands at Nikolsky and expanded the selection available to visitors.
"The opening of the New Balance Outlet at Nikolsky demonstrates that international brands continue to expand their presence in Ukrainian shopping centers. It is important for us to broaden the range of options for visitors and ensure favorable operating conditions for our tenants. Locating the store on a secure level is particularly significant, as safety remains a key factor for business," noted Maksym Havriushyn, COO of Budhouse Group.
Nikolsky Shopping Center continues to expand its tenant mix. In August, the center welcomed the first Kharkiv location of BIOTUS, the largest chain of offline vitamin stores.
In late June, two additional tenants joined the shopping center: a Discounterra outlet store (over 280 sq. m) opened on the -3 level, while a multi-brand sports apparel and accessories store, All Stars (over 240 sq. m), opened on the third floor.
Nikolsky, a shopping and entertainment center in Kharkiv that is part of the Budhouse Group portfolio, has won three awards at the prestigious international Solal Awards 2026. The center received two gold awards and a special "Best of the Best" distinction, becoming the only representative from Ukraine among this year’s winners.
In the first half of 2026, Budhouse Group shopping centres demonstrated growth across key operating indicators.
The fashion gallery in the Nikolsky shopping and entertainment center in Kharkiv has expanded. Two new brands have joined the tenant pool at once - Discounterra and All Stars.
