Starting from 2009, Budhouse Group Ltd. focuses on large-scale real estate development projects in Ukraine. The main activities of the group are investment, development and management of real estate.
Since 2009, Budhouse Group has opened four shopping centers in different cities of Ukraine, one multifunctional complex and one premium-class residential complex in Kyiv. In addition, construction of three more facilities has begun. In recent years, the company has developed effective partnerships with major international developers, retailers and banks. We identify market opportunities and develop projects that become leaders in our local markets. Our properties change the life of the cities.

Since 2013, construction of 6 more projects has begun, including 3 shopping centers in Odesa (Yessa), Zaporizhzhia (Khortitsa Mall) and Kyiv (Hartz).
