The Sport Life group of companies will open a new fitness club network in Nikolsky shopping center in Kharkov. The total area of the Sport Life fitness club will be 4,180 sq.m. The fitness club will work in the Premium and Business formats. All fitness activities will be presented here: a gym and a cardiac hall, halls for group programs, an aquacomplex with a sports and children's pool, and a sauna lounge. In addition, the only children's fitness academy in the city will work on the territory of the sports complex.

”Several years ago, our company decided on the regional development of the Sport Life network. That`s why, we are building fitness clubs in all cities with a population of 300 thousand people. Thanks to a strategic partnership with one of the leading Ukrainian developers Budhouse Group in the eastern capital, Kharkov, the first club of the largest national operator in the field of fitness services will soon appear. Previously, together with the Budhouse group of companies, we have already implemented a common project in Kherson. In addition, the fitness club of our network will open in the shopping center “Yessa” (the working name of the mall Zebra), the total area of the sports complex will be 5500 sq.m. Fitness centers as part of shopping and entertainment centers are an important component of retail real estate infrastructure, we intend to further develop in this direction.
The shopping center “Nikolsky” will be located in the center of Kharkov on the street Pushkinskaya, 2. The total area of the complex is 105 thousand square meters, rental is 52 thousand square meters. The project includes three floors of commercial premises, as well as an entertainment floor and a fitness club. Parking lot will be designed for 700 cars. The project involved leading Ukrainian and foreign architects, consultants and design offices Creative Architectural Group “Pashenko”, Design Bureau prof.
