The shopping and entertainment center became the only representative of Ukraine among the finalists of the competition and claims victory in two nominations at once. The project “Shelter” reached the final in the Corporate Social Responsibility category, and the project “K-Pop Random Dance” in the Social Media category.
“For us, this is not just professional recognition. This is an opportunity to once again show the international community that even in extremely difficult conditions, Ukrainian teams create strong, modern and competitive projects. We are proud that the Nikolsky shopping center will represent Ukraine in the SOLAL Awards final and compete with the best shopping centers in the world,” commented Anatoliy Shkriblyak, President of Budhouse Group.
SOLAL Marketing Awards is one of the most prestigious industry awards in the world. The award recognizes the best marketing campaigns of shopping centers, assessing their effectiveness, innovation and impact on the audience.
According to the organizers, this year’s competition was a record in terms of the number of participants. 129 marketing cases from 58 companies from different countries of the world were submitted for the jury's consideration. The most active participants were from Poland, Spain, Great Britain and Portugal. Among the countries represented in the finals, Turkey, Ukraine, Canada and South Africa were also represented.
Reaching the SOLAL Awards finals was another important achievement for the Nikolsky shopping mall, which this year celebrated its 5th anniversary.
Despite the challenges of a full-scale war and the damage the facility suffered in 2022, Nikolsky continues to work, supporting the city's economic activity and implementing social and cultural initiatives for Kharkiv residents.
The winners of the SOLAL Marketing Awards 2026 will be announced in the fall during a gala ceremony in Budapest.
The Nikolsky shopping and entertainment center in Kharkiv celebrated its fifth anniversary since its opening. During this time, the complex has already welcomed more than 45 million visitors.

The celebration was traditionally accompanied by special offers for visitors, gift draws, and large-scale activities with the participation of the complex's partners.
