On December 5, Kyiv's Parkovy Exhibition Center hosted the prestigious RAU Awards 2024, which recognizes the best companies in the retail and retail real estate industry in Ukraine. This year, more than 150 companies took part in the competition, and the winners were determined in 27 nominations.

Traditionally, Forum Lviv won the Best Mid-sized Shopping Center in Cities with More Than One Million People nomination, which has been leading in this category for several years in a row. It competed with Gulliver shopping center (Kyiv) and French Boulevard shopping center (Kharkiv).
Nikolsky, a shopping and entertainment center in Kharkiv that is part of the Budhouse Group portfolio, has won three awards at the prestigious international Solal Awards 2026. The center received two gold awards and a special "Best of the Best" distinction, becoming the only representative from Ukraine among this year’s winners.
A New Balance Outlet spanning 429 square meters has opened at the Nikolsky shopping and entertainment center in Kharkiv, part of the Budhouse Group portfolio.
In the first half of 2026, Budhouse Group shopping centres demonstrated growth across key operating indicators.
