Anatoliy Shkriblyak: Nikolsky shopping center has turned 2 years old, set a Ukrainian record
On May 21, the Nikolsky Shopping Center in Kharkiv turned 2 years old. And on May 19, for the birthday, the Ukrainian record for preparing the largest strawberry-flavored pie was set in the shopping center. Its diameter was 4 m 60 cm.
All visitors to the complex who repeated the phrase: "Palyanitsa with strawberries" three times and did not go astray could taste the palyanitsa.
By the way, this is not the first Ukrainian record set in the Nikolsky shopping center. In 2018, the Kharkiv complex set a national record of Ukraine - "The largest structure in the form of a dome on a building."

On the occasion of the shopping center's birthday, Ihor Terekhov, the mayor of Kharkiv, also presented the staff of the shopping center with the "Mayor's thanks for significant contribution to the development of the city and conscientious work during martial law".
It should be noted that the pool of tenants in the Nikolsky Shopping Center is expanding. The COLIN'S flagship store of the fashion brand opened on May 21. The store with an area of 690 square meters is located on the 3rd floor of the complex. The design of the store was created in the general concept of the brand and at the same time it incorporated modern technologies and trends of all COLIN'S stores in different countries.
Nikolsky shopping center is one of the largest shopping centers in Ukraine, with a total area of 106,000 square meters. m and commercial - 53,000 square meters. m, on which more than 150 stores are represented. The total amount of investments in the project during its construction amounted to 110 million euros, of which 53.6 million euros was a loan from the Polish state bank BGK.
The chief architect of the Nikolsky complex is TAM "A.V. Pashenko", and the concept and interior design were developed jointly with the international company Sonae Sierra.
