The Nikolsky shopping and entertainment center in Kharkiv celebrated its fifth anniversary since its opening. During this time, the complex has already welcomed more than 45 million visitors.
Despite the challenges of a full-scale war and the damage that the facility suffered in 2022, the shopping center continues to operate stably, remaining one of the key centers of urban life in Kharkiv.
Budhouse Group, the developer of the shopping center, emphasizes that it is important for the company not only to ensure the stable operation of the complex, but also to preserve a space where city residents can meet, spend time with their families, and maintain contact with the city even in difficult conditions.
“Behind each million visitors is not statistics, but the real life of the city. For us, it is fundamentally important to preserve a space where people come not only to shop, but also to feel open and connected to the city,” commented Maksym Gavryushin, Operations Director of Budhouse Group.
As part of the anniversary, the mall hosted musical performances and events for visitors. The company notes that today the Nikolsky mall continues to work together with the city, supporting the economic activity of Kharkiv and staying close to its residents.
Cherkasy shopping and entertainment center LUBAVA celebrated its 13th anniversary, confirming its status as one of the city's key commercial and social spaces. The celebration was traditionally accompanied by special offers for visitors, gift draws, and large-scale activities with the participation of the complex's partners.
