Budhouse Group is part of a large investment and industrial holding operating in the energy, agriculture and real estate sectors of Ukraine. Having started its investment activities in 2009, BHG is focusing on large real estate development projects in Ukraine. The company's activities are based on the investment, development and management of real estate assets.
Since 2009, BHG has opened three shopping centers in different cities of Ukraine and one multifunctional complex. In addition, construction began on four more facilities. In recent years, the company has been developing effective partnerships with major international developers, retailers and banks.
As of October 12, 2020, the Budhouse Group portfolio includes three operating shopping and entertainment centers: Forum Lviv (Lviv), Fabrika (Kherson), Lubava (Cherkasy). In the spring of 2021, it is planned to commission the Nikolsky shopping center (Kharkiv). A number of shopping and entertainment centers are at various stages of development: Khortitsa (Zaporozhye), Yessa (Odessa), Hartz (Kiev).
Also among the objects of the Budhouse Group: the elite residential complex Linden Luxury Residences (Kiev), the hotel and business center Khortitsa Palace (Zaporozhye).
The total leasable area of BHG's commissioned facilities exceeds 118,000 sq. m, Budhouse Group shopping centers were visited by 27.6 million people in 2019, which is 1% more than in 2018. The total turnover of the Budhouse Group shopping centers in 2019 amounted to about UAH 7.8 billion. The largest increase in national currency was in the Lubava shopping and entertainment center (19%). In 2019, the average vacancy rate in the company's shopping centers was about 0.2%.

Cherkasy shopping and entertainment center LUBAVA celebrated its 13th anniversary, confirming its status as one of the city's key commercial and social spaces. The celebration was traditionally accompanied by special offers for visitors, gift draws, and large-scale activities with the participation of the complex's partners.
On March 28, 2026, Fabrika Shopping Mall in Kherson — one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in southern Ukraine, developed by Budhouse Group — marked its 14th anniversary.
