Budhouse Group malls became winners of the RDBAwards - 2017

The result of the Budhouse group of companies in 2016-2017 was highly appreciated by the professional community of Ukraine.
According to the results of the contest Retail development Awards (based on the classification of shopping centers in Ukraine, developed by the International Council of Shopping Centers):
• The Cherkasy “Lubava” complex is recognized as the best small shopping center in Ukraine. Also TEC “Lubava” took 2nd place in the category Best TEC for corporate social responsibility.
• TEC “FORUM LVIV” received two awards in the following nominations: Best Marketing SEC and Best Medium SEC.
• TEC “Fabrika” took 2nd place in the Best Big TEC nomination and 3rd place in the Best Corporate Social Responsibility TEC nomination.
Maxim Gavryushin (Budhouse Group, Chairman of the National Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)) won the Personality of the Year development project at the Solemn ceremony of the Retail development Awards.
Recall that on September 14, the first awards ceremony for the best retailers and developers of Ukraine Retail Development Business Awards took place in Kiev at the CEC Parkovy. The winners were determined by a vote of the expert council and an open vote of market participants.
