Budhouse Group started the work on the Factory 2 trade center in Zaporizhia

The development company Budhouse Group started the work on a new mall “Factory 2” in Zaporozhye. The complex will be located in the city center, near the main highways - Naberezhnaia Highway, Lenin Avenue, Kosmycheskaia St. Car accessibility from the sleeping areas to the new shopping center is about 5-10 minutes. The population of the primary trade zone is about 800 thousand people.
The total area of the Factory 2 will be 70 thousand square meters, rental -  57 thousand square meters. The mall will consist of the following anchor tenants: a food hypermarket (10,000 sq.m.), a fitness center (5000 sq.m.), a household appliances supermarket (2000 sq.m.), a home goods supermarket (1200 sq.m.) , large-format clothing stores with an area of ​​1000-2000 sq. m, a sports supermarket (2000 sq. m), a children's supermarket (1000 sq. m). The entertainment component will be represented by a karting center, an 8-hall cinema, 16-track bowling alley, a children's entertainment center (2,000 square meters), roller skating and an ice rink. Also in the mall will include about 200 stores. Parking will be designed for 1340 cars.
“Our new object is very similar in concept to the already existing “Fabrika” Shopping Center in Kherson, which has proved itself well among tenants and visitors, - says Maxim Gavryushin, commercial director of Budhouse Group, - The new facility in Zaporozhye is also a one-story regional mall, with a large parking lot, with large anchors, with the huge range of goods, services and entertainment. In addition, in the new TEC will be 80-90% of the same tenants who are currently working in the Kherson “Fabrika”. That is why we named our Zaporizhia complex “Fabrika 2”. As the experience shows, a similar format, in combination with leading foreign and ukrainian tenants, create an effective project for a developer and an interesting shopping and entertainment center for city residents. We are sure that good experience shouldn`t be forgotten, but should be used. The concept of interior design of the project continues the theme of the 60-70s. just like in the TEC “Fabrika” in Kherson, but in Zaporozhye, we, of course, will focus on the specific to the region chips. The only thing that distinguishes the complex in Zaporizhia from the mall in Kherson, is the location. Unlike Kherson, it is not the outskirts, but the central part of the city. We chose a place for a shopping center in Zaporozhye for a long time, but in the end we got an ideal area for a regional shopping and entertainment center - in the center, at the intersection of large highways with a large facade.
The project developer is Budhouse Group. Today the object is at the design and preparatory stage.
Now work is underway on the following objects:

  1. TEC “Nikolsky”, Kharkiv (March 2020). The total area of​the shopping and entertainment center is 104 thousand sq. m., The rental is 52 thousand sq. M. Underground parking is designed for 700 cars.
  2. TEC “Hartz” (shopping and entertainment center, concert hall), Kiev (2023). The total area of​the shopping and entertainment center is 230 thousand sq.m., The rental is 80 thousand sq.m. Parking is designed for 2300 cars.
  3. “Yessa” shopping and entertainment center, Odessa (2021). The total area of the shopping and entertainment center is 51 thousand square meters, rented 39 thousand square meters. Parking lot is for 700 parking spaces.

The company’s portfolio also includes the following commissioned objects: “Fabrika” mall in Kherson, “Lubava” mall in Cherkasy, Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Zaporozhye.
