In Kharkiv is going the implementation of the Nikolsky shopping and entertainment center project, which will be located in the center of Kharkov, on st. Pushkinskaya, 2.
The total area of the object, including parking, will be 101,870 square meters,rental is 52 000 sq.m. The project provides 4 floors of retail space, as well as an entertainment floor and a fitness club. The parking of the shopping and entertainment center is designed for 700 cars.
“Today cranes are being installed, and work is being carried out to strengthen the excavation,” says Yuri Kolbasinsky, the project manager. The opening of the 1st stage is scheduled for the March 2020.
The project developer is Budhouse Group.
