Construction of the TEC “Nikolsky” is on schedule.
“Today, work is actively carried out, the construction of 3 underground levels is being completed,” says a company representative.
Recall that the project developer is Budhouse Group of Companies. TEC “Nikolsky” is located in the center of Kharkov, on the street Pushkinskaya, 2. The total area of the complex is 105 thousand square meters, rental 52 thousand square meters. The project includes three floors of commercial premises, as well as a floor of the entertainment sector and a fitness club. Parking will be designed for 700 cars.
Opening of the shopping center “Nikolsky” is scheduled for March 2021.
