"Since the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation, the construction of the Linden Luxury Residences project has slowed down somewhat, but has not stopped completely. Currently, the average cost per square meter in Linden Luxury Residences remains at the pre-war level. However, due to the rising cost of construction and finishing materials, the company will have to adjust the price in line with the current market realities.
