"Since the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation, the construction of the Linden Luxury Residences project has slowed down somewhat, but has not stopped completely. Several assembly teams were constantly working on the construction site, and the facility was under round-the-clock security. And it was in 2022-2023 that the construction and testing of all engineering systems and communications was completed," - commented Linden Luxury Residences Sales Director Panfilov Serhii.
He emphasized that there were no changes in the project concept, materials used, or quality. The company managed to retain the full team of specialists and resume sales and investor relations in June 2022.
Currently, the average cost per square meter in Linden Luxury Residences remains at the pre-war level. However, due to the rising cost of construction and finishing materials, the company will have to adjust the price in line with the current market realities.
