On December 1, within the RetailDevelopment Business Summit-2016, took place the award ceremony of the Shopping Center Awards.
As the best traditional large shopping and entertainment center retailers and tenants recognized Kherson TEC “Fabrika”. In the nomination of the most customer-oriented mall also won the “Fabrika”.
The developer of the best shopping complex is Budhouse Group.
Shopping Center Awards is an annual project of the Association of Ukrainian Retailers and the research company Factum Groum, which is being held for the third time. This year, the best shopping and entertainment centers of Ukraine chose among 25 regional shopping centers located outside of millionaire cities. Additional selection criteria: rented area over 10,000 square meters, and at least half of network operators among tenants. The research results are verified by the Factum Group.
The Nikolsky shopping and entertainment center in Kharkiv celebrated its fifth anniversary since its opening. During this time, the complex has already welcomed more than 45 million visitors.
Cherkasy shopping and entertainment center LUBAVA celebrated its 13th anniversary, confirming its status as one of the city's key commercial and social spaces. The celebration was traditionally accompanied by special offers for visitors, gift draws, and large-scale activities with the participation of the complex's partners.
On March 28, 2026, Fabrika Shopping Mall in Kherson — one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in southern Ukraine, developed by Budhouse Group — marked its 14th anniversary.
