The project of the TEC “Fabrika” is implemented on the basis of industrial production, the conceptual design of the interests of the shopping center reflects the Soviet era 60-70 years. The complex is located at: Kherson, st. Zalaegerszeg, 18, at the intersection of Berislavsky highway and st. Zalaegerszeg. The total area of the TEC “Fabrika” is 82,000 square meters, the rental is 65 500 sq.m. Ground parking is designed for 2500 cars.
