The first meeting of the National Committee of the ICSC Ukraine in new composition

In Kiev took place the first meeting of the new membership of the National Committee of ICSC Ukraine . The participants of this meeting were representatives of such companies as Immoshan, CBRE, Budhouse, Multi Development, Arricano, Eastgate Development, Colliers.
“The main task for ICSC in Ukraine this year is to finish work on the classification of shopping centers” - comments Maxim Gavryushin, head of the ICSC National Committee in Ukraine. Last year, shopping centers were classified in the largest cities of Ukraine; this year, work is underway in all other cities, and it will be completed in November. Specialists of leading consulting companies of the country are involved in the work of the research group. Another important task is to provide market professionals with access to ICSC educational programs. This year we are planning to hold a seminar on shopping center management, where European experts will share their experience. It was also decided at the ICSC National Committee to conduct a survey of real estate market professionals in order to understand how ICSC can be more useful for market participants and what is expected of us in the first place.
Recall that members of the National Council of Ukraine ICSC who are already representatives of such companies as: Immoshan, Budhouse Group, DTZ, Colliers International, CBRE, EASTGATE DEVELOPMENT, Ukrainian Trade Guild, Concern Avec and Co Jsc, Arricano, Multi Corporation, Jones Lang Lasalle , Retail Systems, Arzinger, Dafi, Metropolitan TSUM, Royalty Rent SC Aladdin, DCS Ukraine and others.
Today, combining developers and retailers with ICSC is access to ICSC’s international educational programs, global databases of shopping centers, retailers, investors to share experiences and valuable contacts, global mall research results around the world, and the ability to influence government policies and society in the industry of trade and real estate.
International Council of Shopping Centers The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is a non-profit organization founded in 1957 and currently uniting 25 national and regional councils of shopping centers around the world. The organization has 68,000 members in more than 100 countries around the world, more than 7,000 members in 45 European countries, including shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, retailers, high school employees and public figures. The purpose of the organization is to promote the development the global retail and retail real estate development industry.
