FLO store will open in Nikolsky shopping center in Kharkiv

At the end of July, a lease agreement was signed between the Nikolsky shopping center and representatives of the Turkish network FLO.
The total area of ​​the store will be 579 sq.m.
The store will offer an assortment of shoes for men, women and children.

FLO is the largest Turkish shoe store chain.
To date, FLO has covered almost all corners of Turkey - it is about 500 stores in the country, and abroad - more than 100 stores in 20 countries.
The points of sale of the multi-brand concept of IN Street sneakers by FLO Mağazacılık each year strengthen the FLO sales network and increase its distribution.
In addition to retail brands, FLO stores sell leading shoe brands such as FLO, Kinetix, Polaris, US Polo, Lumberjack, Butigo, Dockers by Gerli and Mercedes, etc.
The company also plans to introduce the Nine West brand in Ukraine.
As part of its development strategy until 2023, the company aims to increase its exports to $ 300 million, open a total of 300 stores in 47 countries around the world, and make Turkey one of the world's largest footwear bases.

Nikolsky shopping center is located in the center of Kharkiv, on the 2 Pushkinska street.
The exit from the metro station will be on the ground floor of the complex.
The total area of ​​the shopping center is 106 thousand square meters. m, retail - 53 thousand sq. m.
The parking is designed for 700 cars.
As a reminder, earlier contracts were signed with Silpo, Foxtrot, Multiplex, Lucky Strike, LC Waikiki, Smile Park and the Sport Life fitness club chain.
Nikolsky set the National Record of Ukraine - "The largest structure in the form of a dome on the building".
The main architect of the complex is TAM “AV Pashenko”.
The concept and interior design was developed in cooperation with the international company Sonae Sierra.
The opening of Nikolsky mall is scheduled to March 2021.
