A lease agreement was signed between the Nikolsky shopping center and the Inditex group

Budhouse Group specialists signed a lease agreement with representatives of the Inditex group. The total area of 7 new stores of the chain will be 6668 sq.m: Zara - 2961 sq.m, Oysho - 439 sq.m, Zara Home - 448 sq.m, Massimo Dutti - 727 sq.m, Pull & Bear - 751 sq.m, Stradivarius - 499 sq.m, Bershka - 843 sq.m.

Inditex is one of the world's largest distribution groups in the fashion industry, comprising eight brands: Zara, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Uterqüe. More than 174,000 Inditex employees are team spirit, creativity, passion for their work, responsible attitude towards customers, all participants in the production chain and the environment.

 

Nikolsky Shopping Center is located in the center of Kharkov, on the street. Pushkinskaya, 2.
The exit from the metro station will be on the ground floor of the complex. The total area of the shopping center is 106 thousand square meters. m, retail - 53 thousand sq. m. The parking is designed for 700 cars.

Nikolsky Shopping Center has set the National Record of Ukraine - "The largest structure in the form of a dome on the building". The main architect of the complex is TAM “AV Pashenko”. The concept and interior design was developed in cooperation with the international company Sonae Sierra.

The developer of the project is Budhouse Group.
