iBUILD is a main profile award, organized by the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine. These awards mark the best projects in the field of development and construction, as well as industry experts. The award has no analogues and is held in order to attract attention to the achievements of companies and market leaders, their contribution to the development of the construction industry in Ukraine. Winners are determined by the results of open online voting on the website http://ibuild.ua and voting by the Expert Council.

Linden Luxury Residences is located on Liuteranska Street, in the most prestigious area of the capital. The idea of the project is to create a special house in Kiev in a special place.
