Ukrainian development company Budhouse Group has been shortlisted for the prestigious European CEEQA award with its Linden Luxury Residences project.
The shortlist recognizes the best buildings, companies, and industry professionals of the past calendar year. The house will compete with other European projects in the Residential Development of the Year nomination.
The final winners in each category will be announced and awarded at the CEEQA gala concert in Warsaw on May 15, after the final round of judging.
This is the second nomination for CEEQA for Linden Luxury Residences, and in 2020 the project won the national CP AWARDS award in the category "Best Residential Complex Project.
Linden Luxury Residences is an elite residential building in the heart of the capital. It was put into operation in July 2023 and for new buyers this event means that there are no legal risks when purchasing real estate.
Linden offers spacious apartments with two, three and more bedrooms, service rooms, laundry rooms, studios with panoramic windows and unique views of the city center. The design of the building's facade and interior concept was developed by Kelly Hoppen, a British designer of "neutral luxury".
