The Linden Luxury Residences project in Kiev won the main award for the best building of the year at the CEEQA 2024 ceremony, which took place in Warsaw on May 15. This year's competition included 700 nominees - properties that were built in Europe in 2023.
The CEE Quality Awards (CEEQA) is the industry's premier award and flagship annual event that recognizes the best real estate projects, companies and people of the year in 18 countries across Central and Southeastern Europe. Linden, which overcame the challenges of creating a luxury real estate project amidst the stresses and risks of wartime, was recognized by the judges of this year's CEEQA awards with the highest honor.
"We have always wanted to create a true premium-class building in Kyiv. A house where every detail would be important and there would be no compromises on quality. I think we managed to do it, and the recognition of the main European award is another proof of our success," - says Anatoliy Shkriblyak, President of Budhouse Group.
Linden Luxury Residences is built in the historical quarter of Lipki. But the peculiarity of the complex lies not only in its location and high level of performance, but also in its close cooperation with world famous designers and architects. Interior solutions for common areas were developed by the world-renowned designer Kelly Hoppen. The architecture of the project was realized by Andriy Pashenko, who is one of the most prominent Ukrainian architects.
The developer of Linden Luxury Residences is Budhouse Group, known for many of its projects, which have been repeatedly recognized as the best in Ukraine. The infrastructure of the complex will include a fitness center, SPA, mini cinema, lounge-zones, as well as an entertainment room for children. The underground parking lot will have 2-3 parking spaces per apartment. A garden with a recreation area will be placed on the roof.
