Linden Luxury Residences set Ukrainian records

Linden Luxury Residences has once again confirmed its highest status in the field of luxury real estate, setting two national records in Ukraine:
 

• The largest width of the ramp for entering the parking lot – 9.05 m.
• The largest viewing angle from the penthouse terrace – 270 degrees.

These achievements are officially recorded in the National Register of Records of Ukraine and emphasize the uniqueness and scale of the project, which combines advanced architectural solutions and exceptional attention to the comfort of residents.

Linden Luxury Residences, located in the historic quarter of Lypky, has already gained international recognition.

We remind you that last year the project received the main award for the best building of the year at the prestigious European CEEQA 2024 award. CEE Quality Awards (CEEQA) is the main industry award and flagship annual event that recognizes the best real estate projects in 18 countries of Central and South-Eastern Europe.

The building was also recognized as the “Best LUXURY Residential Complex” by the main All-Ukrainian Construction Award – IBUILD in 2019. In addition, Linden received the “Best Residential Real Estate Project of Ukraine 2020” award from the national Commercial Property Awards.
