On April 5, shopping center Lubava in Cherkasy celebrates 10 years of its work. Despite the difficult time for Ukraine, the shopping center practically did not close, although the employees of the complex faced many challenges: to establish work with tenants, to solve the issue of regular power outages, to be able to quickly and safely evacuate visitors to the shopping center during air alarms, etc.
Now Lubava is working quite stably. There are practically no vacancies for new tenants, all stores except Inditex are open. Attendance at the mall is at the level of 80-85% of the pre-war level.
The complex's financial indicators have not yet recovered, but the most important thing now is to save the business, the team and work for victory.
For 10 years, the Lubava shopping center has been and remains a favorite place for shopping and recreation of Cherkasy residents. We are very proud of the fact that we managed to make such an important community center for the city and maintain interest in it on the part of the citizens for 10 years, - says Anatoliy Shkriblyak, president of the Budhouse Group development company. - We are doing everything to ensure that our shopping center remains the center of city life even now, despite the difficult times. This winter, we became the center of indomitability in the Lubava shopping center in the literal sense. At a time when the whole city was dark, we had light and warmth. We will continue to do everything in the future to ensure that Lubava remains a comfortable, interesting, atmospheric place for our visitors.
In 2016-2020, the Lubava shopping center was recognized 4 times as the "Best small shopping center of Ukraine outside the million-dollar cities" by the RAU Awards. The developer of Lubava shopping center is Budhouse Group.
Cherkasy shopping and entertainment center LUBAVA celebrated its 13th anniversary, confirming its status as one of the city's key commercial and social spaces. The celebration was traditionally accompanied by special offers for visitors, gift draws, and large-scale activities with the participation of the complex's partners.
