CBRE as an international commercial real estate consulting company, announced about the completion of the recruitment of tenants in the “LUBAVA” shopping center. The final contract was signed with the clothing store “Kids by O’STIN”, which rented 180 sq.m on the third floor.
The grand opening of the shopping and entertainment center took place in 2013.
Anchor tenants of the TEC are: “Silpo”, “Comfy”, “Inditex Group” (brands Bershka, Sradivarius and Pull&Bear), Polish retail clothing operator “BOB Ukraine” (Reserved, Cropp Town and Mohito), four-hall cinema “Multiplex”, sports shop “Megasport”. In addition, a lot of well-known brands in Ukraine will appear in the mall, including: “Top Secret”, “Centro”, “NafNaf”, Intertop, 75V, Atlantic, Moyo and many others.
