Iqos - with a total area of 77 sq.m, Costa – is a shoes store with the total area of 67 sq. m., and the children's store Original Marines - 100 sq.m.
Let us remind that the Fabrika mall became a finalist of the prestigious international competition in commercial real estate marketing of the Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). The winners will be announced on September 25th in London during ICSC Retail Innovation Forum.
Shopping mall Fabrika is located at Kherson, st. Zalaegerszeg, 18, on the intersection of Berislavsky highway and st. Zalaegerszeg. Total area of the Fabrika shopping center is 82,000 square meters, rental - 65,500 square meters. Ground parking for 2,500 parking places.
