Tenant mix of Nikolsky shopping center has expanded. In September the following stores were opened: MBM my home - 126,36 sq. m, CK Jeans - 142,69 sq. m, Yabluka - 143,23 sq. m and Garda - 37,07 sq. m.
And in the beginning of August Virgin Izakaya restaurant resumed its work.
Thus, as of today there is no vacant space in Nikolsky shopping mall.
The second opening of Nikolsky shopping mall took place in June last year. First, the underground floors with Silpo supermarket and parking lot were opened. Works on opening of the -1 floor took up to two months, it was opened on June 17 last year. As a result of painstaking restoration work, last fall Nikolsky opened the first and second floors for visitors, and the third floor was opened a month later (October 21). On November 18, the fourth floor was reopened, and on March 21 the long-awaited opening of Sportlife took place.
Nikolsky shopping mall is one of the largest shopping centers in Ukraine, with a total area of 106,000 sq. m. and a retail area of 53,000 sq. m. with more than 150 stores. Total investment in the project during its construction amounted to EUR 110 million, of which EUR 53.6 million was a loan from the Polish state bank BGK.
The chief architect of the Nikolsky complex is TAM A.V. Pashenko, and the concept and interior design were developed jointly with the international company Sonae Sierra.
The developer and management company of Nikolsky shopping mall is Budhouse Group.
Cherkasy shopping and entertainment center LUBAVA celebrated its 13th anniversary, confirming its status as one of the city's key commercial and social spaces.
