The beginning of 2024 promises to be a productive period for Lubava shopping center, which was recognized as the best small shopping center in Ukraine by Rau Awards. At the end of last year, Budhouse Group successfully concluded a number of lease agreements aimed at improving the tenant mix of the shopping center. These new tenants are actively preparing to open their establishments in February and March.
Among the new tenants:
Ukrzoloto - 54.7 sq. m on the ground floor. The jewelry store is scheduled to open in March 2024.
Yabluka - 74.8 sq. m. It is also scheduled to open in March 2024.
Luxoptica is expanding the store area to 99.6 sq. m., introducing a wider range of glasses and accessories in January this year.
Kiko Milano - 58.2 sq. m. The cosmetics store is scheduled to open in March 2024.
MBM My home - 117.8 sq. m on the third floor. It is also expected to open in March 2024.
Levi's - 110 sq. m, on the third floor. The opening is scheduled for February 2024.
Must Have signed a lease agreement for 76.9 sq. m. The store is also scheduled to open in March 2024.
In addition, the Multiplex cinema is actively preparing to open a new VIP hall on the 4th floor of the mall, and several other tenants are also planned to rotate.
The total area of the Lubava shopping center is 26,000 sq. m., the leasable area is 18,200 sq. m. The two-level parking lot is designed for 200 cars. The developer of Lubava shopping center is Budhouse Group.
Cherkasy shopping and entertainment center LUBAVA celebrated its 13th anniversary, confirming its status as one of the city's key commercial and social spaces.
