A lease agreement was signed between representatives of the development company Budhouse Group and New Yorker. The total area of the new store will be 1295 sq.m. It will be located in the 3rd stage of the Fabrika shopping and entertainment center. The store is scheduled to open in December this year.
New Yorker is a German retail chain of clothing, footwear and accessories. The company has over 1,100 stores in 46 countries around the world.
Recall that a Covid 19 vaccination center operates in the Fabrika shopping center. Anyone can be vaccinated. At the moment, you can get vaccinated with three certified vaccines: CoronaVac / Sinovac Biotech, Comirnaty / Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna. For the convenience of city residents who will be vaccinated, the Fabrika shopping center has temporarily increased the number of free buses.
Fabrika is located at the address: Kherson, st. Zalaegerszeg, 18, at the intersection of the Berislavskoe highway and st. Zalaegerszeg. The total area of the Fabrika shopping and entertainment center is 82,000 sq. m, rental - 65,500 sq. m. Above-ground parking is designed for 2,500 cars.
