The construction of the underground passage from the metro station "Constitution Square" (former station "Sovetskaya") to the new shopping center was completed.
The tunnel is located under the carriageway of Pushkinskaya Street and Korolenko Street.
To date, work has begun on restoring the pavement over the crossing.
The transition length is 67.6 m and the width is 10.04 m.
Also, hinged ventilated facade work is currently being completed and the main signs of the shopping center installation in progress.
The main architect of the complex is Creative architectural workshop "A.V. Pashenko". The first logo of the new shopping center has already been placed on the building.
Nikolsky mall is located in the center of Kharkiv, on the 2 Pushkinskaya street.
The total area of the complex is 105 thousand square meters, trading - 52 thousand square meters.
