Kharkiv Nikolsky mall, which is located on the street Pushkinska, 2, is getting ready to open. To date, 80% of the area has already been transferred for adaptation. The transfer of premises is proceeding according to the schedule, all tenants receive and accept their premises on time according to the terms of the contract.

As a reminder that in the shopping and entertainment center will be presented stores of the Inditex, Argo, MD Fashion, MTI, Ultragroup, Silpo, Multiplex, Sport Life and others. The total area of the shopping center is 106 thousand square m., retail - 53 thousand sq. m. The parking will have a capacity for 700 cars. The main architect of the complex is TAM "AV Pashenko". The concept and interior design were developed in collaboration with the international company Sonae Sierra.
The Nikolsky mall is scheduled to open in May 2021.
