On May 21 in the center of Kharkiv, on the street Pushkinskaya 2, was opened the Nikolsky mall.
The total area of the shopping centre is 106,000 sq. m. and the commercial area is 53,000 sq. m. m. There are about 150 shops, restaurants, cinema, bowling club, sports club, etc.
-Nikolsky is a new-generation shopping mall. Here is established the only interactive floor in Ukraine, with an area of 100 sq. m, as well as the largest media facade in Kharkiv, - says Maksim Gavrushin, operating director of Budhouse Group.

Nikolsky mall is one of the most expensive commercial real estate projects in Kharkiv. The total amount of investment is about 110 million euros, of which 53.6 million euros is a loan from the Polish state bank BGK. The repayment period is about 8 years.
