Regional shopping and entertainment center Nikolsky won in the nomination “The largest regional TEC” in the National Competition of Leadership of city real estate and infrastructure City Awards 2012, which was held as part of the V International Exhibition Mall Expo 2012, October 30-31 in Kiev.
The developer of the project and concept is the company BUDHOUSE GROUP. Architectural bureau of the project: Creative Architectural Group “Pashenko”.

The structure of the tenants of the Nikolsky shopping center will include: a grocery hypermarket, a supermarket of household appliances and electronics, a children's supermarket, supermarket of sport`s goods, a fitness center, a children's entertainment center, a cinema, a bowling alley, a restaurant, a cafe, food courts, etc.
The total area of the TEC Nikolsky is 113000 square meters, the rental is about 53000 square meters. Underground parking is designed for 750 cars.
The opening of the Nikolsky shopping center is scheduled for the March 2020.
