“We try to create not just shopping and entertainment centers, but community centers. This imposes moral obligations on us to actively participate in the public life of the city even at the construction stage of the shopping and entertainment center. We attach great importance to cultural and sporting events in the cities where our facilities are located, and we try to support the best projects that are business cards of these cities. Naturally, we are interested in one of the brightest Ukrainian sports events - the annual International Competition of Sport Ballroom Dance in Kharkov, which has no analogues in Ukraine” - says Maxim Gavryushin, commercial director of Budhouse Group, which is the developer of the “Nikolsky” Mall. “It is very important for us to support initiative projects and help develop not only our complexes, but also the cities as a whole”.
Recall that the shopping center “Nikolsky” will be located in Kharkov on the street Pushkinskaya, 2. In the complex will be more than 200 stores of world famous brands.
