Budhouse Group secured three major victories at the national RAU Awards 2025, reaffirming its status as one of the strongest retail real estate developers in Ukraine. This year, the organizers updated the evaluation methodology, making it more transparent and objective, and expanded the number of award categories to 28.
In the category “Best Small Shopping Center Outside Million-Plus Cities,” the winner was Lubava Mall in Cherkasy, outperforming Zlata Plaza and Olympia Shopping Center in the final selection.
Lubava has already received more than seven professional awards, including previous RAU wins, which highlights its consistent management efficiency, strong tenant relations, and robust marketing strategy.
In the category “Best Medium Shopping Center in Million-Plus Cities,” the leader once again became Forum Lviv — a shopping center that traditionally ranks among the best in the country.
Forum Lviv is one of the most awarded malls in Ukraine, holding over ten industry distinctions, including victories in RDBA, Solal Marketing Awards, municipal awards, and other professional competitions.
This year, it outperformed Most-City and Prospekt, reaffirming its leadership thanks to a strong brand, stable footfall, and partnerships with leading retailers.
The winner in the category “Best Large Shopping Center in Million-Plus Cities” was Nikolsky in Kharkiv — a modern flagship property of Budhouse Group.
This shopping center already has six national and international recognitions, including RAU and CEEQA awards, which reflect its high quality, strong tenant mix, and operational stability.
In this category, Nikolsky surpassed Karavan and Victoria Gardens to claim first place.
Budhouse Group’s Chief Operating Officer, Maksym Havryushyn, commented:
“These victories recognize the professionalism of our teams and partners, and they prove that even in today’s environment, Ukrainian retail real estate is capable of demonstrating resilience and growth. Lubava, Forum Lviv, and Nikolsky are examples of systematic management, effective tenant relations, and a commitment to visitor comfort. We will continue investing in modernization and maintaining the high standards of our shopping centers.”
