The store of American brand Skechers will be opened in Cherkassy shopping center "Lubava".
The total area of the new store will be 127 sq. m. The American Skechers brand was founded in 1983 by entrepreneur Robert Greenberg. Based on a new direction - fashion shoes for young people, Skechers quickly succeeded and became a world leader in the design, production, marketing and sales of fashion shoes. Skechers has abandoned sophisticated technology in the production of shoes, and bet on design and color, combining two concepts - sport and fashion.
The brand catalog presents stylish models of men's, women's shoes, as well as sports and everyday shoes for children and teenagers. Today, Skechers products can be purchased in more than 100 countries, including Ukraine. In 2014, Skechers reaffirmed the Company of the Year status according to the FOOTWEAR PLUS rating.
The total area of the Lubava shopping center is 26,000 square meters, rental 18,000 sq. m. m. Two-level parking is designed for 200 cars. Anchor tenants of the shopping center "Lubava" are the grocery supermarket Silpo, the supermarket of electronics and household appliances Comfy, shoe shop CCC, the Spanish retailer InditexGroup (brands Bershka, Stradivarius and Pull and Bear), the Polish retail clothing operator LPP Group (Reserved, CroppTown and Mohito), etc.
Developer of the shopping center "Lubava" is Budhouse Group.
