In Kherson shopping and entertainment center Fabrika the work on the construction of a water park has begun. The total area will be 4000 sq.m.
Let's start with the fact that Kherson residents have definetely deserved a project of this level: the largest swimming pool in the city (for adults - more than 350 square meters, for children - 200 square meters) with attractions, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a restaurant, a cocktail bar. The average capacity of the water park will be around 400-500 people and on concert days the number of visitors can reach 2000 people. The opening of the complex is scheduled for May 2021, - says Alexander Melnikov, the manager of the Fabrika shopping and entertainment center.
According to the results of the RAU Awards competition, the Fabrika shopping center received an award in the nomination “The best large shopping and entertainment center outside the million-plus cities” (GLA over 40,000 sq. M). SEC Fabrika is located at the address: Kherson, str. Zalaegerszeg, 18, at the intersection of the Berislavskoe highway and st. Zalaegerszeg. The total area of the Fabrika shopping center is 82,000 sq. m, rental - 65,500 sq. m. Ground parking is designed for 2,500 cars.
