On September 10, in Kiev, in Villa Verde, the 4th annual ceremony of awarding the best retailers and developers of Ukraine - RAU Awards was held. The event was organized by the Association of Retailers of Ukraine.
According to the results of the competition, the Fabrika shopping center received an award in the nomination "The best large shopping and entertainment center outside the million-plus cities" (GLA over 40,000 sq. M). Lubava shopping center took 1st place in the nomination "The best small shopping and entertainment center outside the cities with a population of one million" (GLA from 10,000 to 19,999 sq. M.). Forum Lviv was recognized as "The Best Medium SEC in Millions of People" (GLA from 20,000 sq. M. To 39,999 sq. M.).
The winners were determined by voting of the expert council and open voting by market participants.
At the Retail & Development Business Awards, Maxim Gavryushin, COO of Budhouse Group, Head of the Ukrainian Council of Shopping Centers, won the Person of the Year in Development nomination. This is the third victory of Maxim Gavryushin in this nomination.
The final vote took place during a gala dinner attended by over 300 representatives from the retail real estate industry. Participants could vote for one of the finalist nominees.
