On June 17, the SOLAL Marketing Awards 2025 Conference and Awards were held in Warsaw, Poland.
The SOLAL Award is considered one of the most prestigious marketing awards among developers around the world, as it recognizes the best, recognizing innovation, excellence and effective marketing results.
Dmitry Bushmakin, Marketing Director of the Budhouse Group development company, was invited to speak at this year's conference, with the offer to tell the story of one of the company's shopping centers - NIKOLSKY.
In a video message, the Marketing Director of Budhouse Group spoke about the opening during the pandemic, the beginning of the war, the hit by an enemy missile, full recovery and the results of the work. As well as about the challenges and resilience that Ukraine faces every day.
The story received an excellent response from the audience, and all the jury members present unanimously decided to make adjustments to the program and present the Inspiration Award to Dmytro Bushmakin and Budhouse Group, which was not planned.
