An agreement between the Lubava shopping center and the Weekender has been signed

Specialists of the Budhouse Group signed a lease agreement with the Weekender retail network.
The total area of ​​the new store will be 233 square meters.
Weekender is a multi-brand network of clothing and footwear stores for outdoor activities. There you can find products of such well-known brands: Columbia, Wrangler, ROXY, Levi’s, Quicksilver, Merrell, Skechers, O’neil, Termit and others.
The total area of ​​the shopping center Lubava is 26,000 square meters, the rental area is 18 000 square meters. Two-level parking is designed for 200 cars. The anchor tenants of the Lubava TEC are: Silpo grocery store, Comfy electronics and home appliances supermarket, CCC shoe network, Spanish retailer InditexGroup (Bershka, Stradivarius and Pull&Bear brands), Polish retail operator of apparel LPP Group (Reserved, CroppTown and Mohito) and a lot of others.
The developer of the shopping center Lubava is Budhouse group of companies.
