Maxim Gavryushin (Budhouse Group of Companies, Chairman of the National Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)) won in the Personality of the Year category in the development of the prestigious Retail Development of Business Awards.
The selection of the finalists of the competition was held by a vote of 30 members of the expert council, which included top managers and owners of leading development, consulting companies and retailers. The final voting took place online, on September 14 at the Parkovy Exhibition and Convention Center during a gala dinner, which was attended by over 250 representatives of the retail industry. Participants could cast their vote for one of the nominee finalists.
Maxim Gavryushin is a specialist working in the real estate market of Ukraine since 2003. Since 2009, he has been the commercial director of the Budhouse group of companies; since 2014, he has been representing the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in Ukraine.
