Nikolsky will have more than 150 shops, lots of restaurants, Multiplex cinema, bowling club, Sport Life etc.
The shopping complex is located in the center of Kharkiv, on Pushkinskaya Street, 2. The exit from the subway station will be on the minus first floor of the mall. The Nikolsky mall has set the national record of Ukraine as «The largest domed construction on the building». The parking is designed for 700 cars.
Budhouse Group as a developer of the project is engaged in the implementation as well as management of the Nikolsky mall. Since 2009, the company has opened three shopping centers: Fabrika (Kherson), Lubava (Cherkasy), Forum (Lviv) and the Khortitsa Palace hotel (Zaporozhye).
