On December 6, the RAU Awards 2023 ceremony for the best companies in the retail and commercial real estate sector of Ukraine took place at the Parkovy Exhibition and Convention Center in Kyiv, where Nikolsky shopping mall was named the "Unbreakable Shopping Mall" of Ukraine.
This is not the first award for the Kharkiv shopping mall, as this summer Nikolsky shopping mall was recognized in the Resilience nomination at the prestigious European real estate award Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards (CEEQA). Also in 2022, Nikolsky shopping center took second place at the international competition SOLAL MARKETING AWARDS 2022 in the Grand Opening nomination, and in 2021 won the same nomination for Opening of the Year at RAU Awards 2021.
Cherkasy shopping and entertainment center LUBAVA celebrated its 13th anniversary, confirming its status as one of the city's key commercial and social spaces.
