The Budhouse Group development company has developed a reconstruction project for the Fabrika shopping center in Kherson. The shopping center suffered from the attacks of the aggressor in 2022.

"We have already developed a reconstruction project, the investment will amount to about 20 million euros," says Budhouse Group operations director Maksym Gavryushyn, - we plan to start the work after the occupiers move at least 40-50 kilometers from Kherson.
He also noted that Ukrainians are returning to the city despite the shelling, and some are looking forward to returning home, so the shopping center's services will be popular.
Last year, the developer resumed the Nikolsky shopping center in Kharkiv, which was also damaged by rocket attacks. Before the war, the shopping center was visited by 30-32 thousand guests per month, and now this figure is 25 thousand. Investments in the reconstruction, according to Maksym Gavryushyn, amount to about 18 million euros.
Budhouse Group is preparing lawsuits against Russia for compensation for damages.
